Benefits

Health Insurance
Adriel pays 80% of the employee portion of health insurance cost to all full time and part time employees working over 30 hours per week. Our plan has a $20 co-pay for office visits, $500 deductible, pays 80% of charges after the deductible, and up to 80% of the cost of prescriptions.

Dental coverage is included. Vision coverage through VSP includes exams with a $20 co-pay and glasses or contacts with a $20 co-pay annually.

Life Insurance
Adriel pays for a $30,000 policy for all full time and part time employees working over 30 hours per week.

Retirement
Adriel provides a dollar for dollar match into the Mennonite Retirement Plan of up to 6% of an employee's salary upon hire. There is a four year graduated vesting period.

Paid Leave
Vacation time: All full time employees accrue vacation at the rate of 3.1 hours bi-weekly, for a total of 2 weeks per year. Additionally, another 16 hours is earned annually after 5 years of service which means that by 5 years of service, employees have 4 weeks of paid vacation annually. Employees are allowed to accrue a maximum of 184 hours.

Sick Time: All full time employees accrue 3.7 hours of sick time bi-weekly; maximum accrual is 480 hours. There are stipulations on when this time can be used.

Part time employees receive paid leave on a pro-rated basis depending on the number of hours worked.

Tuiton Reimbursement
Adriel offers 50% tuition reimbursement for both undergraduate and graduate programs. Other guidelines and expectations apply.

CEU Credit Reinbusement
Adriel offers continuing education credit reimbursement for training related to positions requiring licensure and continuing education or training.
