
Adriel has both family homes and intensive residential facilities for children. Distinctions between the different programs are explained below.

Each home is staffed with 24-hour awake night staff and a minimum of two staff working in each home when youth are awake. An interdisciplinary team consisting of direct care staff, clinical staff, the custodial agency, parents, and others involved in the case meet at least every two months to review treatment progress. The homes feature a live-in Teaching Parent Couple, providing a family-like environment for the youth.

The Intensive program features both group homes (Westview and Eastview) and children’s residential centers (Harmony North and South). These programs specialize in youth who have experienced trauma due to abuse and neglect and exhibit behavioral (including sexually reactive behavior), emotional, neurological and learning problems associated with trauma (such as post-traumatic stress and reactive attachment disorder). The intensive program includes all features of the regular residential program along with the following additional services:
