Family Cottage Rules

  

1. No drugs or alcohol

2. No pets

3. No unauthorized guests

4. Keep all food and drinks in the kitchen

5. No smoking (smoking is allowed outside)

6. Take shoes off at the door

7. Reasonable clean-up

     a. Wash any dishes that have been used

     b. Place any used towels and washcloths in the hamper

8. Please treat this apartment with care so that others may enjoy it as you have

Details
There are four beds available for use:

First bedroom - full size bed
Second bedroom - daybed with a pull out trundle underneath the bed
Living room - pull the cushions off the couch and pull the mattress out

Linens:

Towels, hand towels and washcloths are located in the bathroom
Dishtowels, paper towels, etc., are located in the kitchen
Extra sheets for the beds are located in the bathroom
Extra blankets and pillows are located in the living room closet

Games/Toys

     Games and toys are located in the living room closet

Miscellaneous Items:

Shampoo and soaps are located in the bathroom in the medicine cabinet
Dish drainer, dish soap and sponges are located under the kitchen sink
Feel free to use the stove, refrigerator, microwave, silverware, dishes, etc.

All we ask is that before you leave the apartment, please do some minor pick up. Clean any dishes that you have used, and put any dirty laundry in the hamper located in the bathroom (do not worry about sheets and blankets, we will change those).
