Todd Hanes, President & Chief Executive Officer
Todd is a graduate of Bluffton University and has a Master of Educational Administration from the University of Dayton. He began his career in the school system and was a Superintendent from 1995 until 2005. He was Executive Director of the Ohio Department of Education in Columbus and Associate Superintendent of the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio. He was awarded Executive Certificates in Conflict Management and Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. His most recent endeavor was serving as principal of Adriel School.

Amy Bennett, LSW, MSW, Director of Program Development
Amy Bennett is an LSW who received her B.A. in Social Work from Manchester College in Manchester, IN and her MSW from Eastern Michigan University. Amy started her professional career as a Foster Care Consultant for Adriel. Prior to returning to Adriel, she served as Director of Clinical Services for an HIV/AIDS service organization and spent over six years serving adults with developmental disabilities in Northwest Ohio. Now at Adriel, Amy works to develop new programs for the agency and to improve and streamline current services.
Jacquie Linville, LSW, MSW, Deputy Director
Jacquie Linville is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work. Jacquie began her professional career at Adriel in July of 2002 as a Foster Care Consultant. In May of 2004 Jacquie was promoted to the Regional Foster Care and Adoptions Manager for the West Central Region. Shortly thereafter she began working on the establishment of Adriel's Central Region which opened in June of 2007, where she then transfered as the Regional Manager. Jacquie was named Adriel's Director of Foster Care and Adoptions in June of 2011. In December of 2015 Jacquie was promoted to Deputy Director.

Jessica Smith, LSW, MOL, Director Foster Care, Adoption and Family Preservation
Jessica Smith graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Social work and later earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership at Lourdes University. She began her professional career working in emergency metal health services which also offered experience in school social work and dual diagnostic services at an adult correction center. Jessica began her career at Adriel in 2005 as a Licensing Specialist in the Northwest Ohio regional office. In 2011, Jessica became the Licensing and Training Manager and in 2012 was promoted to the North Central Regional Manager. In 2016, Jessica was named the Director of Foster Care and Adoption.

Terri McGarry, Director of Development
Terri McGarry has been on the Development team for 19 years. She came here with a background of 20 years of retail management but was searching for a more meaningful career. She organized a folk art festival for Adriel in conjunction with the Quilt Auction in 1996 and over the years has taken on more development duties. Terri earned her fund raising certificate through the Lilly School of Philanthropy in Indianapolis. Over the years she has built relationships with the donors who support Adriel and their mission.

Lara Gautsche Shoemaker, MSW, LISW-S, Director of Clinical Services
Lara Gautsche Shoemaker is an MSW, LISW-S who received her B.A. in Social Work from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA and her Masters of Clinical Social Work from The University of Denver, in Denver, CO. Lara began her professional career at Adriel as a Residential Therapist in June of 2011. She then was promoted to Clinical Manager and now is serving as the Director of Clinical Services. As an LISW-S, Lara works to provide both clinical and training supervision for therapists, as well as enhance and coordinate the clinical services being provided to youth in the Residential and Foster Care programs.

Glenn Richard, Chief Financial Officer
Glenn Richard serves as Chief Financial Officer for Adriel, Inc. and recieved his bachelor's degree from Bliss College. He said that his role as a CFO for Adriel gives him the opportunity to help "ensure the continued ministries of Adriel by providing quality care in the spirit of Christian Love." As a member of the executive team, Glenn is responsible for the agency's finances, operations, and relationships with lending institutions and external auditors.
