Todd Hanes

Todd Hanes, President & Chief Executive Officer

Todd is a graduate of Bluffton University and has a Master of Educational Administration from the University of Dayton. He began his career in the school system and was a Superintendent from 1995 until 2005. He was Executive Director of the Ohio Department of Education in Columbus and Associate Superintendent of the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio.  He was awarded Executive Certificates in Conflict Management and Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.  His most recent endeavor was serving as principal of Adriel School.

Amy Bennett

Amy Bennett, LSW, MSW, Vice President of Corporate Compliance and Support Services

Amy Bennett is an LSW who received her B.A. in Social Work from Manchester College in Manchester, IN and her MSW from Eastern Michigan University. Amy started her professional career as a Foster Care Consultant for Adriel. Prior to returning to Adriel, she served as Director of Clinical Services for an HIV/AIDS service organization and spent over six years serving adults with developmental disabilities in Northwest Ohio. Now at Adriel, Amy works to develop new programs for the agency and to improve and streamline current services.

Jacquie Linville

Jacquie Linville, LSW, MSW, Vice President of Family Support Services

Jacquie Linville is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work. Jacquie began her professional career at Adriel in July of 2002 as a Foster Care Consultant. In May of 2004 Jacquie was promoted to the Regional Foster Care and Adoptions Manager for the West Central Region. Shortly thereafter she began working on the establishment of Adriel's Central Region which opened in June of 2007, where she then transfered as the Regional Manager. Jacquie was named Adriel's Director of Foster Care and Adoptions in June of 2011. In December of 2015 Jacquie was promoted to Deputy Director.

Rhonda Peterson, LSW, MA, Southern Regional Director

Rhonda K. Peterson is a graduate of Lee University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and then went on to receive her Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Vision Bible College and Seminary. Rhonda began working at Berea Children's Home as a direct worker in 1990. She sat for the LSW test during that time and became a licensed social worker. Once she had her LSW, Rhonda began her career working with foster children. She came to Adriel in 2004 as a consultant. In 2007, Rhonda became the West Central Regional Manager where she remained until her promotion to Southern Regional Director in 2019.

Mandy Jerger Photo

Mandy Jerger, LPC, MA, Northern Regional Director

Mandy has her Masters in Counseling and is licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Mandy received both her undergraduate degree and Masters degree at Bowling State University. Mandy started her professional career as a child and family therapist at The Children's Resource Center in Bowling Green, Ohio. She started working at Adriel in 2004 as a foster care consultant. Mandy became the Foster Care & Adoption Regional Manager for the Archbold region in 2008 and in 2019 moved into her role as Northern Regional Director. Mandy is passionate about working to help all children, families and programs of Adriel.

Courtney Coyle2 

Cortney Coyle, Vice President of Human Resources and Training

Cortney Coyle serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Adriel. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Management and her Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Wheeling Jesuit University. Cortney is a human resources professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in roles primarily within the healthcare and human services domains. She is responsible for all Human Resources funcation at Adriel and privdes oversight to the agency's Training team.

 GLenn Richards

Glenn Richard, Vice President of Finances

Glenn Richard serves as Chief Financial Officer for Adriel and recieved his bachelor's degree from Bliss College. He said that his role as a CFO for Adriel gives him the opportunity to help "ensure the continued ministries of Adriel by providing quality care in the spirit of Christian Love." As a member of the executive team, Glenn is responsible for the agency's finances, operations, and relationships with lending institutions and external auditors.
