PRN Family Preservation Specialist
Adriel is currently seeking PRN Family Preservation Specialists. Family Visitation offers supervised visitation services for families whose children are in out-of-home placement and who are working toward reunification. The Family Preservation Specialist supervises the visits and prepares a written report of the interactions among all participants. Family Coaching is a community-based service that promotes the stability and well-being of children and families. Adriel is dedicated to serving children and extending these supports to biological families. The Family Preservation Specialist will work with the entire family with the goal of maintaining the family while providing tools and techniques for building and maintaining relationships. Requirements for this position include: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Bridges Liaison (Toledo, OH)
Adriel is currently looking to hire a Bridges Liaison. The Bridges Liaison will provide direct services such as housing support, case management and independent living skills to assigned young adults who age out of foster care in Ohio and are eligible for Bridges. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, behavioral health, or related field. Two years of experience working with families and/or children in the child welfare system is preferred.

OhioKans Navigator
Adriel is currently looking to hire a full-time OhioKans Navigator. The Kinship and Adoption Navigator is a full-time position dedicated to supporting kinship caregivers and adoptive parents in accessing the services, resources, and social support they need to care for themselves and the children in their homes. The Kinship & Adoption Navigator reports to the Family Preservation Manager, and meets weekly with the OhioKan Regional Coach for case consultation and support in delivering OhioKan services with fidelity. The primary functions of this role include providing direct services to families and children, participating in continuous quality improvement activities, community outreach, collaboration, and continued learning of emerging best practices in serving kinship and adoptive families. Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Education, or related field preferred. Experience working directly with families and/or case management experience preferred.

The Therapist is to provide counseling and psychotherapy services to clients and families and to provide the Adriel interdisciplinary team with expertise concerning the mental health issues concerning each child. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling or related field. Must meet the license standards set forth by OMHAS.

Foster Care Licensing Specialist (Westerville, OH)
Adriel is currently looking to hire a full-time Foster Care Licensing Specialist. As a Foster Care Licensing Specialist you will encourage, educate and assess prospective foster parents through the application, home study assessment, and foster parent licensing process, as well as assist, assess, and monitor current foster parents though periodic updates, reviews, and home study amendments needed to maintain their foster care licensure, to insurance the number of available foster parents for children in need of safe and loving homes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services field and at least one year of experience working with families and children, or a license in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy. (LSW/LPC preferred)

Adriel is currently looking to hire a full-time Foster Care Consultant. The Foster Care consultant is responsibile to providing consultation and supervision to assigned foster yourth and foster parent for Adriel School in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization, the ethical and social consciences of business and society and all applicable laws, regultions, and administrative rulings associated with a non-profit organization. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field. Adoption Assessor training completed or completed within the established timeline required. Case management experience or demonstrated experience working with the Teaching Family Model all a plus.
Corporate Compliance and Strategic Program Development Director (Lima, OH)
Adriel is currently looking to hire a full-time Corporate Compliance and Strategic Program Development Director. This position provides executive leadership for Adriel's program growth and regulatory integrity. This position ensures agency-wide compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies, leads new program and business development initiatives, and manages major strategic expansion. The role also includes securing grant funding, coordinating cross-functional projects, and fostering relationships that support organizational growth and sustainability. The position requies a master's degree in social work, public administration, business, nonprofit management, or related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in social service or nonprofit organization with demonstrated management responsibility, a strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to manage multiple complex projects across departments, proficiency in Google Office tools and demonstrated commitment to Adriels mission and values.
