PRN Family Preservation Specialist

Adriel is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated PRN Family Preservation Specialists to join our team. Family Preservation Specialists provide a variety of supportive services to children and families, including supervised visitation, family coaching, and respite services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within the community, experience working with children and families preferred, and ability to complete documentation in a timely and professional manner.

Supervised Visitation
Family Preservation Specialists facilitate and supervise visits between children in out-of-home placement and their primary families who are working toward reunification. They also provide court-ordered supervision for visits between non-custodial parents and their children. Responsibilities include monitoring interactions, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, maintaining a supportive and structured environment, and preparing detailed written reports documenting the visit and family interactions.

Family Coaching
Family Coaching is a community-based service designed to promote family stability and child well-being. Family Preservation Specialists work directly with families to strengthen relationships, develop parenting and communication skills, and provide tools and strategies that support healthy family functioning and long-term success.

Respite Services
Family Preservation Specialists also provide respite services to caregivers of youth with mental health or behavioral health challenges. These short-term support services offer caregivers temporary relief while helping youth remain safely in their current living arrangements.

Bridges Liaison (Toledo, OH)

Adriel is currently looking to hire a Bridges Liaison.  The Bridges Liaison will provide direct services such as housing support, case management and independent living skills to assigned young adults who age out of foster care in Ohio and are eligible for Bridges.  Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, behavioral health, or related field.  Two years of experience working with families and/or children in the child welfare system is preferred.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling or related field.  Must meet the license standards set forth by OMHAS.

Foster Care Consultant (Bellefontiane, OH)

Adriel is currently looking to hire a full-time Consultant. A consultant is responsible for providing consultation and supervision to assigned foster youth and foster parents for Adriel School in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization, the ethical and social consciences of business and society and all applicable laws, regulations and administrative rulings associated with a non-profit organization. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field. Adoption Assessor training completed or completed within the established timeline required. LSW, LPC, or MFT preferred. Case management experience or demonstrated experience working within the Teach Family Model all a plus.
